I offer a single session of hypnotherapy to help you to break the habit. The two to three hour session helps us develop a shared understanding of your habit and your motivation to quit. You will be helped to increase your motivation to stop smoking, before experiencing a powerful hypnotherapy treatment, rounding off with simple NLP-based tools to make staying stopped even easier. A free booster session is included in the package in the unlikely event you need it. You will be given handouts and download links to give you the best possible chance of remaining a non-smoker.

Hypnotherapy not for you? I offer a series of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions aimed at helping you understand your habit and then develop tools and strategies to quit.
