I offer a wide range of therapy services to help you achieve the results you’re after, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Couple/marital therapy, Counselling (Integrative), Family therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy (Integrative), and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). In many circumstances these services can be delivered online via Skype, as well as face-to-face.
